Terms of use.
Last updated June 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of texascraftbrewers.com and your attendance at the Texas Craft Brewers Festival, organized by the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. By using the site or attending the festival you agree to them. This is a general document and not legal advice.
Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to drink at the festival. We check valid photo ID at the gate. Designated Driver ticket holders 21 and over are welcome without alcohol service. Anyone who cannot show valid ID will not be served alcohol.
Tickets and entry
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. The festival is rain or shine. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior, and no refund is given in that case.
- Each drinking ticket includes unlimited 4 oz pours; we reserve the right to decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
- The brewery lineup and schedule are subject to change, and individual beers may run out before last call.
- If we must cancel the event for safety reasons, ticket holders will be notified by email with next steps.
Using the site
You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the festival name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Conduct at the festival
Drink responsibly and look out for one another. Plan your ride home before you arrive; rideshare and the Designated Driver program make it easy. Glassware, bags, and prohibited items are subject to the entry policy posted at the gate.
Liability
The site and the event are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Texas Craft Brewers Guild is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the festival. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please enjoy the festival responsibly.
