Last updated June 1, 2026

This policy explains what information the Texas Craft Brewers Festival (organized by the Texas Craft Brewers Guild) collects when you use texascraftbrewers.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. This is a general policy and not legal advice.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us and a little of how you use the site:

  • Details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, and any notes when you contact us, ask about group sales, or volunteer.
  • Your email address when you join our newsletter.
  • Order details if you buy tickets, processed by our ticketing partner, including age confirmation at entry.
  • Basic analytics, such as pages visited and rough location, gathered through cookies to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Answer your messages and manage ticket, group sales, sponsorship, and volunteer inquiries.
  • Send the newsletter you asked for, which you can leave at any time.
  • Confirm that festival attendees are 21 or older where alcohol is served.
  • Keep the site working and improve it over time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the festival, such as our ticketing and email providers, and only as much as each needs to do its job.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use a few necessary cookies to make the site function and to remember that you have confirmed your age. We use optional analytics cookies to measure traffic.

You can accept or decline optional cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse or buy tickets.

How long we keep it

We hold your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then we remove it. You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This site and festival are intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
